Don’t tell anyone, but this is the personal favorite ferment of Buckman Brines’ own Chef Thubten. This fermented corn relish features a blend of sweet/salty/spicy that’s almost impossible to resist.

Serving Suggestions: Serve with tacos, wraps, blend into a salad dressing, or eat straight from the jar. Blend with tomatoes or stewed tomatillos for an absolutely incredible salsa.
