Pumpkin Pepper Sauce

Our fermented Pumpkin Pepper Sauce is savory, tangy, salty, and sweet. Pumpkins are roasted, then fermented for three months, and impart a sweet supporting flavor which is deepened and enhanced by serrano, jalapeño, and sweet peppers. Fermenting them together with the onions and garlic for so long mellows the heat, which you’ll feel on the back end.
